PORTFOLIO / PROGRAMS

PORTFOLIO / PROGRAMS

Systems.

Modular field hardware. Two programmes in prototype, one open.

APPROACH / PORTFOLIO

How the portfolio is built.

Every Flatline programme answers to the same four principles. Hardware should be repair-forward. Failures are designed for, not designed around. Claims are governed. We publish only what we can demonstrate. Documentation is a deliverable, not a by-product. And every design decision is constraint-first. We work from the actual operating envelope outward, not from features inward.

The result is a portfolio that doesn't sprawl. Three programmes, one doctrine. A fourth will only exist if it earns the slot.

PROGRAMS / ACTIVE
ARCHITECTURE / INTEGRATION

Where Flatline modules sit in the stack.

Flatline programmes are designed to integrate, not to replace. Modules drop into existing platform stacks, between the prime or integrator and the platform or operator, without requiring proprietary tooling, custom fasteners, or vendor-locked spares chains.

UPSTREAM

  • Prime contractor specifications
  • Integrator system requirements
  • Platform constraints

FLATLINE MODULE

  • Repair-forward hardware standards
  • Documented service intervals
  • Open spares specification

DOWNSTREAM

  • Vehicle / platform integration
  • Operator load-out
  • Field-level service
ENGAGEMENT / ROUTES

Three ways in.

Programmes are in active development. Engagement is conversational, not transactional. Registering interest opens a channel, not a contract.

EVALUATION INTEREST

For UKDI Innovation Partners, Dstl evaluators, and prime contractor innovation teams who want to be on the channel when evaluation cohorts open.

REGISTER INTEREST

TECHNOLOGY INSERTION

For integrators with a specific platform or programme where a Flatline module might fit. Conversations welcome at any TRL.

OPEN A CHANNEL

CO-DEVELOPMENT

For partners with a load-out problem worth working on together. Most relevant to Program 03.
